Hey, my name is Kamil Soldacki – my family and friends like to call me an audio internist.

I’m fascinated by how just a few sounds can evoke emotion and bring joy to others. That feeling led me, at 14, to build my first home studio. By 17, I had moved to Warsaw to fully immerse myself in the world of sound.

My experience spans music, dubbing, advertising and sound post-production for radio, podcasts, internet, TV and film. Over time, I’ve also grown into game audio, spatial sound and AI-based audio technologies – blending creativity with emerging tools.

I’ve shaped sound in AAA games, cinematic trailers, narrative and directed podcasts, voice-driven experiences and long-form storytelling. I love projects that explore emotion, clarity, tension and authenticity – wherever they live.

Many times, I’ve faced barriers that felt like dead ends. But faith, creativity, curiosity and a willingness to embrace new technologies helped me keep going. Today, at ElevenLabs, I merge rich sound imagination with cutting-edge AI voice workflows – opening up creative spaces that didn’t exist just a few years ago.

Through AI technology, I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with creators like Lex Fridman andrew Huberman, MrBeast, Drew Binsky, Ali Abdaal, Colin & Samir, Jon Youshaei, Prof G Market, Dope As Usual and 20VC – helping them tell stories in a way that truly sounds like them.

I also share what I’ve learned on stage – including as a TEDx speaker, where I talked about how voice and AI are transforming our relationship with stories, learning and meaning.
I regularly speak at events and creative gatherings, helping audiences rethink how we listen, create and connect.

I love traveling with my wife and our four children. That rhythm – of movement, presence and listening – has taught me to notice the extraordinary in everyday life. It’s a perspective that helps me work in a minimalist, intentional way wherever I am.

Every new project is not just a challenge – it’s an opportunity to share what I love most: sound. A medium that connects people, builds emotion and turns ordinary moments into something meaningful.
